Jessica Rowland Williams
Dr. Jessica Rowland Williams is the University Innovation Alliance Fellow at Georgia State University, where she serves as Project Director in the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Success. Jessica earned her B.S in Biology from Spelman College and her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University. While working on her graduate research at Princeton, Jessica also served as a fellow in the Office of Academic Affairs and Diversity where she developed a passion for improving student outcomes among underserved, minority, and low income students. Jessica has devoted her career to expanding access, increasing graduation rates and promoting student success among students of all socioeconomic backgrounds. She also has special interest in improving student outcomes amongst STEM students.
